The addition of Los Angeles County AppleCare Medical Group physicians nearly doubled Cigna's Southern California Select HMO Network coverage through Optum in L.A. County.

Each covered member on the Southern California Select plan has the option to choose a primary care physician (PCP) from one of the following physician group systems in the Southern California Select Network,² close to where they work or live, including:³

• Los Angeles County – Optum
• Orange County – Hoag
• Orange County – Providence
• Riverside & San Bernardino counties – PrimeCare
• San Diego County – Scripps Health

Provider counts represent contracted providers within the county and may vary. Counts are not a representation of contractually available providers, are subject to change and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, referral patterns and capacity. PCP and specialist counts include pediatric providers.

3. Plans may be limited geographically. Providers are located throughout the majority of the counties.
