New Mexico Office of Superintended of Insurance Requests Additional Employee Notices

The New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance requires anyone representing Cigna's products to share a customer notice to New Mexico-based employers and employees seeking coverage under one or more of the following Cigna products. This information pertains only to certain Cigna insurance policies they may have, that are known as:

  • Accidental Injury
  • Critical Illness
  • Hospital Care
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
  • Business Travel Accident
