We recognize that one size does not fit all. That’s why we've made some key enhancements to our ADA administration solution. We want to give clients more coordinated absence management program, with full end-to-end support and flexible offerings to help employers optimize the health and productivity of their workforce. Our new tiered ADA offering provides two levels of service – and offers clients the ability to choose the type of engagement and support they want.
Beginning on April 1st, 2019 and continuing through the months to follow, Cigna will automatically transition existing clients into our new Tier I ADA administration offering. We've encouraged our clients to review the enhanced capabilities offered in both tiers and reach out to their Client Manager if they'd like to opt for Tier II. Existing rates will be reviewed upon renewal and necessary increases will be applied.
